Return/Exchange Policy

  1. We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy starting from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. Reverse pick-up services are available. Please note that a reverse shipment fee of 100 INR will be deducted from the refund amount per order, regardless of the number of items in that order. This fee is applied once per order, not per individual item.   
  2. Please return the product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. If the items are returned in poor condition or show clear signs of wear, a refund will not be issued.
  3. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
  4. Cancellations will only be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. 
  5. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the bank account details provided. The brand will not be held liable for any errors in the details provided by the customer.
